Leaking felt, ponding water and failed fibreglass are the jobs we see most across East London extensions. We strip back to a sound deck, renew timbers where needed, and finish in felt, GRP or EPDM with proper upstands and edge details. You get a written choice of system, not a one-size quote.

When a roof is past patching we strip, renew battens and underlay, and retile. Older London stock — 1930s semis and Victorian terraces — often needs new valleys, hip tiles and chimney weathering at the same time. The quote lists every item before we start.

A small leak does not always mean a new roof. We inspect, photograph the fault, and say clearly if a repair will last. Emergency leak response is available across North and East London, usually within 24 hours.

Fallen gutters, rotten fascia and overflowing hoppers are a regular call in E17, IG10 and Chingford. We replace in uPVC or match existing details, and clear the mess before we leave.

Failed lead around a chimney is a common hidden leak. We re-flash, repoint or render stacks, and where a stack is unused we can remove it and make the roof good — the kind of extra work customers ask for after a main job.
