Roofers in Wanstead

Wanstead is E11, between South Woodford and Leytonstone, and it is on the regular run from our base in Loughton. Roofers in Wanstead are called for slipped tiles on the older houses, felt that has failed on a rear extension, and gutters that overflow onto the wall. We inspect first and say whether a repair will last. A full replacement is for when the covering is finished, not the answer to every damp patch.

A lot of the leaks here start at the edge: an upstand on a flat roof, lead that has lifted at a chimney, or a gutter that has pulled away from rotten fascia. The quote names which of those it is. You can see the price before anyone starts.

Flat roofs, leaks and gutters

Flat roof replacement in Wanstead is felt, GRP or EPDM. We strip back to a sound deck, renew boards that have gone soft, and finish the outlets so the water leaves the roof. Emergency roof repairs are aimed at within 24 hours. WhatsApp a photo and the postcode if the ceiling is already stained.

Leaking gutters are replaced in uPVC, or matched to what is already there, and the site is cleared before we leave. Fascia and soffit boards are changed only where they have failed. If the tiles are sound, we do not talk you into a new roof.
